Andreu Francisco is, since 2019, CEO of the public consortium Localret composed by 920 local public administrations in Catalonia, oriented to accompany the municipalities in the digital transformation of their towns and cities.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona, an Executive Master in Public Administration from ESADE and also graduated from Executive Program in Digital Transformation at La Salle University.
He was also Mayor of Alella from 2003 to 2019, as well as the President of the Maresme University School adscripted to the Pompeu Fabra University during 2007-2008 period, the President of the University Studies & Research Council of the Tecnocampus Foundation during 2009-2011 and the Vice-president of the Tecnocampus Foundation during the period 2011-2015.
